There’s only one thing we love more than quality fish & chips, and that’s the environment they come from. All the fish we serve are caught and delivered fresh by local fishermen off the coast of WA, the most pristine and sustainable fisheries in the world. Our fish are line-caught, rather than by net or cage, which is the most sustainable method and ensures the fish are unstressed. We can tell immediately in the way the fish cooks and tastes. We prepare all our food in-house ready to be served fresh the same or next day. Our standard serve is delicious, thick fillets of white Spanish Mackerel. For a premium meal, order the extra juicy Goldband (or King) Snapper. And we are especially proud of our chips, made from locally produced premium potatoes. Enjoy!
